Restore a purchase
Open the app → Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
Cancel the subscription
On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Tembra › Cancel Subscription. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
A model won’t download
Models come from the App Store servers. Connect to Wi-Fi, keep the app open and make sure there is enough free space: about 880 MB for music, 480 MB more for sound effects, 6.7 GB for music with vocals and 2.6 GB for the lyrics assistant.
Delete my data
Your files are on your iPhone only: delete them in the Library or delete the app. If you signed in with email, write to us and we will delete the account.
